A custom survey for unique needs
We had the privilege of working with the Kinoomaadziwan Education Body (KEB), the Indigenous education body for the Anishinaabe First Nations. When the Board of Directors requested an Organizational Climate Survey, it became clear that a traditional Organizational Climate Survey would not necessarily align with employees’ perceptions and render meaningful feedback or data. Together, the Director of Education and the Human Resources Manager along with Edwine Hugenholtz designed a custom organizational climate survey built from the ground up, aligning with the values of the KEB. This experience highlights our dedication to creating bespoke solutions that truly resonate with Indigenous organizational values and goals.
